Review the demographic and coverage data captured at registration that a clean eligibility check and a clean claim both depend on.

Use this session-only checklist to structure the data captured when a new patient registers. Complete, accurate registration data is what lets an eligibility check return the right answer and a claim match the payer's records — most clean-claim failures originate here.
